The empirica real estate price index for the fourth quarter of 2019 is now available. The rise in purchase prices continues.

In the rental price segment, however, rents in many core cities are rising less strongly than before. Some cities also show stagnating or even slightly declining rents, e.g. Munich, Erlangen, Freiburg im Breisgau or Regensburg (in each case based on all years of construction).
